With 26 acres of land, the showground can accommodate numerous stands, marquees etc. and car parking which are a necessary part of staging a successful event.
Fully licensed for public indoor entertainment. Booking enquiries are welcomed for stage plays, concerts, exhibitions, fairs, lectures, dances, weddings, private parties for children or adults (for which bar facilities can be arranged), or any event for which accommodation is required up to a maximum of 250 for dances, 160 seated for a dinner, or 200 theatre & 160 cinema style.
Meeting room available for hire for group meeting, training or workshop. Seats 15 people comfortably around a table or up to 24 people theatre-style.
The hall has a maximum capacity of 120 and has seating and tables for approximatley 40. Overnight stays by organised groups are welcome. We are ideally situated for an overnight stop for those cycling the “Way of the Roses” route
Main Hall/Worship Area – This holds up to 150 people and is suitable for concerts, conferences, exhibitions etc. It is equipped with first class audio-visual facilities and a hearing loop. Lounge – This seats 30/40 people and is suitable for meetings, activity groups, presentations, parties, etc..
This is a large hall accommodating several hundred people. It has a large main area with stage, as well as audio-visual facilities including a sound system, data projector and cinema-size screen. Hire for meetings (small or large room), indoor bowls, conferences, dances etc. A silk-effect canopy can be erected, covering the high ceiling and walls, making it an ideal venue for weddings.
