Riverside Caravan
Park is situated amidst beautiful scenery by the River Nidd,
and yet only 5 minutes’ walk from the market town of Pateley
Bridge with its shops, public houses, garage plus a variety of
restaurants and take-aways.
The Park has pitches
for tourers, static caravans, and tents. There is also a
farm holiday cottage available to rent. There are the usual
toilet facilities, including hot and cold water, hand wash-basins,
razor points, showers, hair dryer point, dishwashing area
and launderette.

Recreation facilities
include fishing
and boating on the River Nidd which flows through the site whilst
a childrens’ playground and bowling green are in the adjoining
park. Tennis, squash and badminton (plus special holiday programmes
for children) are available in the nearby Nidderdale Sports Centre.
The Park is a superb centre
for walking, especially as Pateley Bridge is the start and finish
of the 50 mile Nidderdale Way, and an ideal base from which to tour
the Yorkshire Dales and Moors. Places of interest within easy reach
include Harrogate, Ripon, Skipton, York, Knaresborough, Fountains
Abbey, Bolton Abbey, Brimham Rocks, How Stean Gorge, Stump Cross
Caverns, Harlow Carr Gardens, Newby Hall, Harewood House and Lightwater
Valley Theme Park.

The Riverside Caravan and
Camping Park is open from 1st April (or Easter) until 31st October. Dogs
are allowed but must be kept on leads.
